I’ve come a long way since jumping head first into modelling as “the face of Colgate”…

What has now been on and off for almost 10 years, has been a journey of taking care of myself to remain energised, get enough rest, and show up as my best self through optimising my own health and wellbeing.

(about female-specific science)

My BSc in Human BioSciences taught me the art of skepticism amongst ’science research’, to look broadly at ‘facts’, and overall, the ability to read and digest science papers to deduce my own well-rounded conclusions. 

I now bring new female-specific science to my subscribers as research in the health, wellness and fitness sphere shifts from male-only and/or male-dominant ‘conclusive evidence’, to include the very natural and very normal yet unspoken about and understudied variability caused by the fluctuations in female specific hormones throughout her cycle. 

I also cover common hormonal disruptions, and how to optimise each phase of your cycle - by working with the hormones.

Always eating

Nutrition and health & wellness was an interest and passion from a young age. Through experience with nutritionists, naturopaths, alternative and holistic health specialists, as well as working alongside the likes of, I have accumulated a wealth of nutrition and culinary expertise. 

I combine my knowledge of health optimisation, with science of the human body, and culinary experience and creativity to design dishes (that are more than a dish). 

All information is collation of own research and personal experience. G holds a Human Biosciences BSc degree, and has completed a Nutritional Chef course, as well as having cooked alongside a Naturopathic chef for over 4 years, and worked with/for central London renowned health food businesses in both developmental and practical roles.

G has a wide array of experience and diverse skill set to now cook and eat incredibly intuitively. With developed and refined self- and cycle- awareness, intuition and kitchen skills, this platform is to pass on G's research and findings, and intuitively created recipes (that will apply widely since they are equally founded upon and combined with scientific findings in female hormonal research).
