About

Every recipe on this site has been trialled and tested by yours truly in my home kitchen in the Uk. I am now back in Bali and working my way through re-making each recipe for pretty pics and content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and this blog.

as well as creating longer videos for YouTube where I am neatly packaging my ~3+ years of nerdy research (& utilizing skills and some human bio from my BioSciences BSc)

 

I’ve grown up with home cooking and naturally began myself. My mums a very creative cook - there’s less than a handful of recipes she’ll follow to a T, most meals are “xxx- inspired”, she’s inventive - throws things together on taste and intuition I guess, always tastes amazing.

 

I’ve slightly followed suit, though once I began working under a naturopath 10+ years ago, my cooking, choice of ingredients, meal style, had more of a nutritional focus.

Following my uni degree, I went back to food, health & wellness; headed development at a central- London gut health -centric cafe, and took a course at Leiths (to have some proper chef training). A turn of events found me back in Bali, where by personal relation & interest, I threw myself into menstrual cycle research; reading research papers, books, countless sites - and basically collected so much information.

Naturally, the food (/naturopathic) -- menstrual cycle connection was made, and I was back developing recipes :):)

and here we are now, with Kitchen Sync.
