– Message-me-any-time support (I respond during 9–5, Mon–Fri)
– For questions, symptom check-ins, motivation, plan or exercise tweaks (when life happens)

Over 12 weeks,

MONTH 1

UNDERSTANDING & OBSERVATION

As well as working towards your personal fitness & training goals, whilst feeling the benefits of training with your menstrual cycle,

you'll learn tangible information enabling you to understand your body, and how you flow, how you feel, across your menstrual cycle.

MONTH 2

EXPERIMENTATION
& HABIT BUILDING

You'll start to see progress on those fitness goals, and feel the overall increased energy levels resulting from working with your body, and cycle.

​Using the self-knowledge and awareness you have gained over the preceding weeks of targeted observation, you'll begin to implement personalised life hacks. 

SELF-OPTIMISATION

& MASTERY (for life)

This is where it all comes together. If your goals were 12-week-based, you will reach them now. You'll feel more empowered than ever understanding your own body and working with her across fitness, health, energetic, work & productivity areas of life, to get the outcomes you want without pushing or feeling constantly drained.
